How WebPro works

A watch item can be a URL to an HTTP server, or the IP address of a device. You determine the frequency with which a watch item is checked (once a second to once a day), set and report on performance thresholds. Real-time charts provide a moving snapshot of a watch item's health. In the event of an error or deteriorating performance, WebPro will notify you and our support centre by sending an email alert via email and or a SMS message. With data collected, WebPro can create custom reports in HTML, CSV, or XML form, and custom charts for historical or trend analysis.
